Inner Mongolia releases human resources market supply-demand information

The analysis report on the Inner Mongolia autonomous region's human resources supply and demand was released recently.

According to the report, the autonomous region's human resource supply and demand was stable last year, with the supply and demand ratio reaching 1-to-3.01, which means every post will have three competitors on average.

In 2014, there were 4,465 employers with a total of 205,119 posts in the region's human resources market, for both online and offline employment fairs. The statistics showed the most posts were for marketing, public relations and sales jobs, while most applicants tended to apply for jobs related to computers and technology.

The report also analyzed the education requirements in the human resources market. Most of the posts, 48.36 percent specifically, required the job applicants have a bachelor’s degree. Only 0.65 percent of posts needed a master's degree or above. The job applicants in Inner Mongolia's human resources market mostly have bachelor’s degrees, accounting for 44.97 percent of the total.
