Gezhouba Tower in Beijing (China)

The project has a total construction area of 112,700 m². Integrating office space, hotel rooms, restaurants and commercial facilities, the main building is 120 meters high with a total of 24 floors. As a multi-functional intelligent building, it will serve as CGGC headquarters. The project has been approved by the Beijing Municipal Government as one of the key "Green Channel" projects.
