In order to better help and serve enterprises with investments from overseas Chinese, the Ruzhou Overseas Chinese Federation has begun researching enterprises in the following three aspects.

First, Ruzhou Overseas Chinese Federation officials will visit enterprises to understand enterprise performance and hold discussion sessions with leaders and employees.

Second, primary-level organizations within enterprises will be strengthened. The Ruzhou Overseas Chinese Federation will promote Party committee construction in the enterprises, cooperating with the Ruzhou Association of Industry and Commerce. Hopefully the enterprises will contribute more to Ruzhou's development.

Finally, enterprises will be encouraged to offer advice and suggestions to Ruzhou's economic and social development and provide more talent to promote development.
