Of the 38 coal mining companies in Ruzhou, Henan province, 36 have finished their name pre-registrations and nine have filed applications for new business licenses, according to the city’s coal mining companies’ merging and reorganization headquarters. To solve the safety issues, the city’s law enforcement departments at all levels have carried out a thorough supervision of the 38 coal mines.

In addition, a professional team has been formed by the city’s Coal Bureau to test the hidden dangers of coal mines, especially concerning gas and water accidents.

To date, all work is well under way.
