A working conference with the theme of “safe production” was held on September 4 in Ruzhou, Henan province, at which the production situations of the past eight months were announced and existing problems were analyzed.

The city’s mayor, Wan Ying, emphasized on many occasions during the conference the importance of safe production, and called on authorities to enhance their responsibility and sense of urgency toward this issue.

Wan said the city government also gave priority to implementations of related policies and regulations, and has improved safe production awareness among the city dwellers.
