Gansu Hualu Aluminum Industry Co, an aluminum fabrication enterprise, decided to move out of Baiyin, Gansu province, in order to improve the city environment and optimize urban development.

The decision was made based on an agreement signed between Baiyin city government and Hualu Aluminum on Sept 20.

According to the agreement, Hualu Aluminum will relocate to Liuchuan Industy Concentration district, 18 km away from Baiyin city.

The removal costs of 1.3 billion yuan ($200 million) will involve 100,000 tons of aluminum processing projects.
