Leong Wai Leng, Executive Director and CEO of OCBC Group (China)
Leong Wai Leng was appointed executive director of OCBC Group (China) in August 2007. She is in charge of OCBC’s growth strategy and execution in China.
Ms. Leong graduated from the National University of Singapore with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She has more than 21 years of experiences in the financial industry and corporate banking services. She has worked for more than 10 years in China, including seven years at Philips Electronics Group, assuming such senior posts as finance director of its China operation and chief financial officer of Philips Electronics China Group. She also served senior posts at Citibank Singapore, JP Morgan Chase Singapore and HSBC China.
