当地时间2013年10月7日，印尼巴厘，亚太经合组织（APEC）第21次领导人非正式会议召开，7日正值俄罗斯总统普京61岁生日，出席会议的APEC领导人在会议间隙向普京祝贺生日，印尼总统苏西洛亲自弹着吉他为普京唱了一首Happy Birthday to You，在场的其他国家领导人也都随着唱起来。
