NANNING, China - Sports activities have become a popular form for the communication of business people between China and Vietnam.

Su Che, a Chinese man doing border business in Dongxing in south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, has just organized a great football match in Dongxing with his Vietnamese business partners.

Dongxing, which is under the jurisdiction of Guangxi's Fangchenggang City, is located on the China-Vietnam border and is adjacent to the Vietnamese city of Mong Cai.

Over the years, sport matches have become more and more frequent between the people of Dongxing and Mong Cai amidst their soaring business exchanges, and football is always a top choice, according to Dongxing's Culture and Sports Bureau (DCSB).

"There has been an annual football match held between the two cities during China's traditional Lantern Festival for almost 20 years," said an official with DCSB.
