SHENYANG - Fire broke out at a construction site near an airport terminal in northeast China's Liaoning province at noon time Tuesday, airport authorities said.

The fire, which broke out near the No 2 Terminal at the Taoxian Airport in the provincial capital Shenyang, has been put out.
The number of casualties are still unknown yet, said a spokesman with the airport.
