A lady called Lu was declined admittance when she tried to get shelter on a windy day in a branch of Shenzhen Development Bank in Beijing on Sunday, Legal Evening News reported.

The bank said although it declined admission to non-customers it had not received an official order from the public security authority.

A few banks in Beijing said they have received notification from the public security authority requesting that they refuse admission to non-clients.
