"Youth.cn is now the biggest portal website for young people, and is able to handle virtual communication between Chinese and Russian teenagers. There are three "80 percents" to acknowledge: 80 percent of internet users in China are young people; 80 percent of the information that young people get comes from the internet; and 80 percent of internet-related business practitioners are young people. Meanwhile, about 80 percent of mass entrepreneurship participants in China are internet-based startup companies run by young people. The virtual bond our website forms with young Russians will help the mutual development of China and Russia. Youth.cn enables the possibility of the passing on of internet skills, as well as the space for development for entrepreneurship."
