TechCode, which specializes in helping startups, opened a new center in Beijing on Friday to advise fledgling companies on how to fund their global ambitions.

"The current entrepreneurial boom in China has spawned thousands of startups, but there is not a Chinese company to connect these budding enterprises with the global market," Huang Haiyan, CEO of TechCode, said. "We are here to meet this growing demand."

Huang said the company will create a global network to help newly formed online companies find funding, exchange ideas and nurture technological projects.

The new center, which covers an area of 8,000 square meters, will be divided into two sections. One will focus on cultivating global-oriented projects, while the other will concentrate on the Chinese market.

This is the latest effort by TechCode to realize its global ambition. With offices in Silicon Valley, Shanghai and Hebei province, the company plans to set up another five centers, or "incubators", in Israel, South Korea, Germany and China by the end of this year.
