HONG KONG - The gold price in Hong Kong went down HK$10 to open at HK$15,260 per tael on Monday, according to the Chinese Gold and Silver Exchange Society.
The price is equivalent to $1,650.50 a troy ounce, down $1.08 at the latest exchange rate of $1 against HK$7.761.
