After finishing the construction of the makeshift hospital in the Lingang Special Area of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, Luo Jing, East China branch of the fourth construction company, led the team, rushing to the construction site at the National Exhibition and Convention Center.

"Just these a few days, let's try our best. Though we are tired, the project must be done well and fast. This is a major event related to the fight against the pandemic, and we can't slack off," he said to management staff.

Luo was also responsible for on-site management and logistical support, including ensuring the safety of on-site construction, organizing nucleic acid testing for workers once a day, ensuring food and accommodations for them and handling their medical treatment.
