As a builder for Leishenshan (Thunder God Mountain) Hospital in Wuhan in 2020, He Xiaojiang from the southwestern construction company knew exactly what to do after receiving an emergency call to lead a team to support the city.

He immediately made a series of work arrangements, such as recruiting management volunteers, contacting labor providers, preparing pandemic prevention materials and evaluating the on-site situation. After 8 hours of preparation, he successfully led 420 workers to the construction site.
