Fan Chuishen, a project manager of the fourth construction company, just finished construction of the makeshift hospital in the Lingang Special Area of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, and immediately led a team of more than 30 to build another one at the National Exhibition and Convention Center. "I am a Party member, and I must stand out at a critical time!"

As team leader, he was running around the construction site, barely sleeping, commanding the construction site in an orderly manner. In less than 24 hours, the laying of PVC floor glue, container hoisting for the nurse's station, 70 percent of the partition assembly and 20 percent of the bed installation was completed.
