Asia Yoga Conference, the region's biggest event devoted to finding inner peace, returns to Hong Kong for its sixth edition this year. The four-day fair will feature more than 160 complimentary classes designed for everyone from beginners to instructors. There will also be a wide range of lectures on topics as diverse as dance, therapy, fitness, detox and the business of well-being. The 20,000-square-foot (1,800 sq m) space promises the latest athletic fashion and spa products, with confirmed exhibitors Lululemon and Asana leading a roster of international brands.

Art and crafts
Altfield Gallery presents the skilled art and sculpture of Southeast Asia this month with decorative objects primarily from Myanmar, Thailand and Cambodia. Works from the late 18th to early 20th century include carved Buddha sculpture in alabaster, wood, bronze and lacquered paper mache. Silk weaving, silver work, gilt lacquer and painted Burmese bibles will also be on display, such as the precious vessels for Pali Vinaya religious texts painted in ornate script on rectangular leaves.

Kids go green
Hong Kong Arts Center, together with Hong Kong Institute of Aesthetic Education and Times Square is holding the third annual Go Green @ School Arts Competition. Don't miss the last day of the fair, which uses the picture book as a basis for creative expression. Naturally, environmental protection is the dominating theme. Participating kids came up with various sustainability concepts for campus and community.
