From the cultural communication view, "One Belt and One Road" is the multi-culture collaboration, new realm of civilization, and also the modernized Silk Road culture.

We need mutual understanding and communication to strengthen the cooperation of "One Belt and One Road". But still we need to respect the cultural difference. We need to build up the international cultural communication platform, promote different countries policies and stories to reach the world peace.

Only cooperation can make bigger profits today. By reaching the goal of the community of common destiny, "One Belt and One Road" that China proposed could help us find more common interests.

Based on the China South Asia and Southeast Asia Think-tank Forum, I suggest that we can build a think-tank web union, organize more international culture and art cooperation, develop more tourism products, etc.

We are not only cooperating in economic area with South and Southeast Asia, security collabration is also important.

"One Belt and One road" is a project that included so many economic development programs in different areas. From the international law, I think "One Belt and One road" is a national renaissance project, is a non-political proposal. "One Belt and One road" respect other countries policies and social system. It focus on interactivity and looking for shorten the distance between different countries.

I believe that, if the mentioned highlights of opportunities, ideas, measures and problems have been clarified, studies, analyzed and taken into action with good understanding, the deepening of China's pragmatic cooperation with South and Southeast Asian countries under the Belt and Road Initiatives will not be far to reach, as the saying of Albert Einstein, "peace cannot be kept by force, it can only be achieved by understanding."

In order to keep the Asian civilization, push forward more interconnection, and accelerate the globalization of South Asia and Southeast Asia, the Belt and the Road became the new stage of this society development.
