V. Guiding Legal Education
The Department of National Judicial Examination undertakes the duty to "participate in guiding legal education in the society and higher vocational education in the judicial administration system" and entrusts the Secretariat of National Steering Committee of the Graduate Education in Law and the National Steering Committee for Judicial Vocational Education and its Secretariat to conduct daily work. The National Steering Committee of the Graduate Education gives full play to itsconsultation mechanism and guiding 201 training units for master of law, to deepen the comprehensive reform of the master education of law, to improve the entrance examination system and to improve education and degree management system of master of law; as well as to strengthen the quality guarantee and supervision system of master of law and to promote the theoretical research on master education of law. As for the National Steering Committee for Judicial Vocational Education, based on researches, consultation, guidance and services by experts, it guides the judicial police collegesto keep abreast withthe latest judicial and administrative practices, to actively promote the reform of education and teaching, and to construct national and provincial demonstration schools and state-monitored professional courses. Currently, 81 high-quality courses of the MOJ and 2 national teaching resource database have been established.
