IV. Future Development of the National Judicial Examination
According to the Opinions on Improving the Unified National Qualification System of Legal Profession (No. 25 [2015]) issued by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of State Council, the judicial examination system shall be turned into a unified national legal profession qualification examination system. At present, the MOJ is preparing for the implementation of this reform.
