Liu urged the industry to further exploit the potentials of technology, continually implement the government's "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" initiative, speed up the integration of innovation spirit with the governance costs and social capitals and improve the quality for the sector's human resource education.

Themed "Joint Innovation, Sharing and Win-Win, Starting Intelligent Times", the event is sponsored by Beijing Municipal People's Government, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), China Association for Science and Technology (CAST), and undertaken by China Institute of Electronics (CIE), Beijing Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology.
