Tencent releases auto consumption index report

Tencent released its auto consumption index report on Jan 31. The data of the nine segment markets in January showed signs of recovery in the car market, according to Tencent's Auto Consumption Data Institute.

The attention indexes of compact cars, luxury cars and MPVs in the nine segment markets remained unchanged from the previous month, with small cars experiencing a modest rise. Others were subject to a decline.

The contrast in activity of the indexes of the nine segment markets were equal to those of the previous month, with some experiencing a steady rise.
