Growth Potential award-winning enterprise: AGIBOT

AGIBOT Innovation (Shanghai) Technology Co Ltd was founded in 2023. A leading technology innovation enterprise in China's embodied intelligence sector, the company focuses on full-stack humanoid robot technology R&D and on industrialized deployment of its technologies. It is committed to bringing embodied intelligence into the physical AI world and empowering the intelligent upgrade across industries.

As one of the fastest-growing science and technology innovation players in the global humanoid robot sector, AGIBOT has built a comprehensive product and technology architecture featuring "One Robotic Body, Three Intelligences". It has achieved full-stack in-house R&D of both software and hardware and filed more than 1,100 patent applications, nearly 70 percent of which are invention patents, continuously enhancing its technological influence in this field.

The company is committed to open source and openness. Its five modules — the open-source dataset AGIBOT World, the simulation development platforms Genie Sim and Genie Studio Agent, the GO series of embodied foundation models, the GE series of world models, and the real-world online learning system SOP (scalable online post-training) — together form a closed loop covering data, simulation, training, execution and continuous evolution. Through these modules, the company opens industry infrastructure to developers worldwide and advances the building of a shared community for embodied intelligence technology.

In terms of products and large-scale manufacturing, the company has built a full-series, full-scenario product portfolio covering its A, X, Genie and D1 series — the only such portfolio in the industry — spanning industrial manufacturing, commercial services, cultural and tourism interactions, security inspection and other scenarios. Its products have obtained China CR, EU CE and US FCC certifications for safety and compliance.

The company keeps setting mass-production records for humanoid robots worldwide, rolling 20,000 units off the line within a short period. Commercialization is advancing quickly — the company has pioneered the RaaS (Robot-as-a-Service) robot leasing model, expanded its market presence at home and abroad, and delivered a number of landmark deployment cases.

In industrial manufacturing, the Genie G2 humanoid robot has been deployed on Longcheer Technology's 3C precision manufacturing line, completing a fully closed-loop operation encompassing picking items from the production line, high-precision placement, fixture docking and finished-product return. It operates continuously in two shifts, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The deployment addresses the industry's pain points of rigid 3C production lines and high changeover costs, setting a global benchmark for the large-scale, routine application of embodied intelligence in precision industrial scenarios.

In cultural tourism and consumer services, the company worked with Chimelong to open the world's first large-scale embodied intelligence theme park at Hengqin Chimelong in the Greater Bay Area, where more than 500 robots are already on regular duty across seven real-world business scenarios, including performances, science education and study tours, guided tours and companion services, and retail services. This enables large-scale human-robot collaborative operations in an open environment with high foot traffic — and by the end of 2026 more than 1,000 robots are expected to be deployed in the park, offering a practical path for embodied intelligence to move from the laboratory into real industrial scenarios.

AGIBOT continues to advance large-scale deployment of embodied intelligence across industries and scenarios, and has developed a representative set of commercial deployment cases. In addition to the world's first large-scale embodied intelligence theme park developed with Chimelong, these include a regularly operating service center at Kuanzhai Alley, a landmark cultural tourism site in Southwest China's Sichuan province; in-store shopping guidance at ASD stores; front-desk reception at Shanghai's Shangri-La Qiantan hotel; a humanoid robot retail warehouse in Wuhan city, Hubei province; inspection services for Guangzhou Metro and Jinan Metro; and patient guidance at Peking University First Hospital.

Across these scenarios, the same underlying paradigms for products, communications, operations and maintenance, and security are reused. Customers are not simply buying a single machine, but an intelligent agent that keeps evolving, and every deployment adds to the deployment data flywheel. From performing on stage to taking on real-world jobs, and from large-scale deployment to self-evolution, the deployment data flywheel is delivering real value and generating embodied intelligence productivity.

In terms of industrial ecosystem development, AGIBOT has built the AIMA (AI Machine Architecture) embodied intelligence ecosystem technology system. This includes Link-U OS, an open-source operating system natively designed for embodied intelligence; LinkCraft, a motion content creation platform; LinkSoul, an agent customization platform; Genie Studio, a one-stop development platform; and LinkBots, a large-scale multi-robot collaborative scheduling platform for embodied intelligence.

To support ecosystem development, AGIBOT has launched the "Yuansheng" ecosystem development plan, investing more than 2 billion yuan (about $300 million) over five years to build the embodied intelligence industrial ecosystem and empower upstream and downstream developers and startups. It hosts the AGIBOT World Challenge, an international embodied intelligence competition that brings together research teams from many countries. And it strategically incubates a number of local industrial chain innovators and collaborates with universities on joint research, consolidating the foundation for coordinated development of China's humanoid robot industrial chain.

The company has built an R&D talent structure with R&D personnel accounting for 75 percent of its workforce, and an average team age of 32. Together with the Talent Exchange Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, it has built an industry talent development system that continuously supplies professionals to the embodied intelligence industry.

Looking ahead, AGIBOT will continue to pursue full-stack independent innovation, deepen the iteration and large-scale deployment of humanoid robot technologies, and bring together global innovation forces through an open ecosystem — contributing China's science and technology innovation strength to the development of new quality productive forces and to the progress of the global embodied intelligence industry.
