Buckwheat noodles carry living Long March memories in Wuqi

Came for the noodles. Stayed for the history.

In Wuqi county, Shaanxi province, a veteran treated a group of visiting college students from Beijing to local lamb chopped buckwheat noodles — and with the meal came 90-year-old memories of the Long March. Some dishes come with more than flavor; they carry a living legacy.
