As a founding figure of the Beijing Xiangshan Forum, Maj. Gen. (Ret.) Luo Yuan, Senior Adviser of the Beijing Xiangshan Forum, noted that throughout its 20-year development journey, the Beijing Xiangshan Forum has been committed to the principles of equality, openness, inclusiveness and mutual learning. More importantly, it has built an equal communication channel for small and medium-sized countries to voice their opinions, Luo added.
