Round trips are free within a 15-kilometer radius. Beyond that, charges start at 13 yuan ($1.83) for each additional 10 kilometers.
The bus features playful cartoon-themed exterior paint, and inside there are cushions, stickers, and wind chimes. Pet travel crates are also provided.
