"I think Shanghai is one of the best cities in China. It's super modern and has many cool stuff that we don't have back home in the United States. It's cool to get integrated into different cultures, people and voices. Sports are a really good thing as it brings people all over the world together. I love that," House said.

Quinones played a couple of games in the CBA 2025-26 season for team Qingdao in Shandong province a couple of months ago, which he saw as a great experience to feel different atmospheres and play with different players.

He also felt great to learn about China's profound history and was impressed by "how disciplined the nation is as a whole". On this trip, he especially enjoyed seeing the historic architecture and robots.

"Basketball is a game that brings all cultures together regardless of people's colors and races. The support from fans is amazing and sometimes indescribable. I'm happy to be part of it," Quinones added.
