4 dead, 1 missing after vehicle falls into river in North China

HOHHOT -- Four people have died and one remains missing after a vehicle fell into a river in Xinghe county, North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, on Tuesday, local authorities said.
The incident occurred when flash floods triggered by rain struck the area, according to the authorities of Ulanqab city, which administers the county.
Search and rescue operations are underway, and the cause of the accident is under further investigation.
