The school will mainly offer master's and PhD programs covering international law, government and party legal work, market regulation, environmental law, and digital law. It plans to enroll around 150 graduate students each year.
Qin said the school would focus on practical training, so students can better handle legal work involving foreign cases, with a particular emphasis on energy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data protection, and artificial intelligence. To support this, the university will bring in experienced international lawyers and arbitrators as mentors and set up internship bases with major law firms and company legal teams that work on cross-border cases.
