A troop of macaques was spotted among visitors on Sunday at Zhangjiajie National Forest Park in Central China's Hunan province, adding a lively touch to the tranquil canyon landscape.
The monkeys were observed climbing trees, leaping between rocks, and wandering along the park's trails, bringing smiles to visitors' faces. Their playful antics, set against the backdrop of the park's towering peaks, have become a highlight for many travelers.
According to the park's administration, the macaque population in the Shili Hualang area has thrived due to years of dedicated ecological protection efforts, which have provided them with a safe and stable habitat. The park reminds visitors to respect the monkeys' natural behavior while observing them.
