5.2-magnitude quake hits Qinghai in NW China: CENC

BEIJING -- A 5.2-magnitude earthquake jolted Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan autonomous prefecture of Northwest China's Qinghai province at 11:29 pm on Tuesday (Beijing Time), according to the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC).
The epicenter was monitored at 37.86 degrees north latitude and 95.54 degrees east longitude. The earthquake struck at a depth of 8 km, the center said.
