Chinese and Kyrgyz defense ministers discuss bilateral military cooperation

Chinese Minister of National Defense, Dong Jun, held talks with Kyrgyz Minister of Defense, Mukambetov Ruslan Mustafaevich, on Monday during his invited visit to Kyrgyzstan.
The two sides exchanged in-depth views on relations between the two countries and their militaries, the international and regional situation, and issues of common concern, according to a news release issued by China's Ministry of National Defense on Monday.
They agreed to continue implementing the consensus reached by the two heads of state and further deepen practical military cooperation.
Before the talks, Mukambetov held a welcome ceremony for Dong and accompanied him in reviewing the guard of honor.
