China's State Council appoints, removes officials

BEIJING -- China's State Council on Tuesday announced the appointment and removal of several officials.
Zhao Wenfang was appointed deputy head of the National Railway Administration.
Sun Weidong was removed from the post of vice-foreign minister. An Lusheng will no longer serve as deputy head of the National Railway Administration.
