"The doctors save people's lives, while we save the safe production of the company," said Shao Xupeng, a 31-year-old senior welding technician in China's Xinjiang. Sparks fly as he works with teammates, debating solutions and learning from each other. Though sometimes exhausted and tempted to quit, his love for the job keeps him holding on and striving for excellence.
