The new machine, model LW3600-240NB, was developed by Chinese construction machinery giant Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science and Technology, and was showcased at the company's factory in Changde. It features a maximum lifting height exceeding 241 meters and a maximum lifting capacity of 240 metric tons, which is equivalent to hoisting 200 small cars to the height of an 80-story building, according to the company.
The launch of the new model marks a significant breakthrough for the industry, positioning Zoomlion as a leader in providing complete tower crane hoisting solutions for wind turbines.
