The Beijing-Xiong'an Express Line, stretching approximately 86 kilometers through Hebei's Xiong'an New Area, Langfang, and Beijing, is set to transform commuting between the two regions. The line features eight newly built stations and will connect with the Beijing Daxing Airport Line.

Xue Yunlei, deputy general manager of Xiong'an Group's Xiong'an-Shangqiu Rail Express Line Co, said the main structural work is finished, with work now focusing on station interior finishing, electromechanical installation, testing, and operational preparations."

He also said that once operational, the line will shorten travel times and enable a half-hour commuting circle between Xiong'an and Beijing.

The Xiong'an Terminal Station features three underground levels. The "urban living level" links directly to commercial spaces. The "integrated transfer level" allows three-minute transfers between the Xiong'an-Xinzhou High-Speed Railway, planned Metro Lines M1 and M2, and the Beijing-Xiongan Express Line. The third level, the platform, ensures convenient and safe boarding for passengers.

When launched, the line will enable a 30-minute trip from Xiong'an to Daxing International Airport and a 60-minute journey to Beijing's Lize Business District.

Operated by Beijing Rail Transit Operation and Management Co, the service will adopt Beijing's high standards for safety, efficiency, intelligence, and passenger experience.
