During the 2025 "A Date with China" international media tour in Shanxi province, German influencer Tobias Dominiczak recounted a charming love story centered around vinegar. Years ago, while interning at Tsinghua University, a simple suggestion from a Shanxi woman to add vinegar to his noodles sparked a connection that eventually blossomed into lasting love.
