Technical experts to ensure rail safety

Chinese railway operators are taking greater efforts to cultivate more technical experts. Yuan weakens against greenback

The central parity rate of the Chinese currency renminbi, or the yuan, weakened 20 pips to 7.0856 against the US dollar on Monday, according to the China Foreign Exchange Trade System.
