Online job fair platforms complement offline sessions, offering over 110,000 job openings, among which more than 80,000 are offline positions. Guangdong has also rolled out incentives. For instance, Guangzhou offers housing subsidies for doctoral graduates, innovation team grants of up to 10 million yuan, and free short-term accommodation for job-seekers.
