Mangshan's misty peaks enchant visitors
Mangshan National Forest Park in Yizhang county of Chenzhou, Hunan province, recently presented a breathtaking spectacle of mist-shrouded scenery.
The towering, rugged peaks loomed ethereally through the drifting clouds, creating a dreamlike panorama. Above the forest of peaks, at an altitude of more than 1,600 meters, a vast sea of clouds stretched and rolled among the mountains.
Visitors strolled along the park's cliffside walkways, soaking in the stunning views of enveloping mist and radiant sunlight.
Located on the northern slopes of the Nanling Mountains, Mangshan National Forest Park has become a popular retreat, with daily visitor numbers exceeding 12,000.
In recent years, Yizhang county has expanded its tourism market to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, South Korea, and Southeast Asia. In the first half of this year alone, the park welcomed nearly 100,000 international tourists, including 25,800 South Korean visitors.
