Heavy rainstorm leaves three dead, four missing in Hebei resort

Three people have been confirmed dead and four remain missing as of 2 pm on Saturday at a tourism and wellness resort after a heavy rainstorm hit the Xinglong county, Chengde city, Hebei province, on July 28, Xinhua News Agency reported on Saturday.
Rescue work is still underway.
