Staff members use infrared thermal imaging cameras to conduct full-range temperature scans of transformers and high-low voltage switch gear in the base's distribution room, accurately capturing subtle overheating risks caused by loose connection points or equipment aging. Team members go deep into the humid and hot cultivation greenhouses, focusing on checking the sealing performance of environmental control cabinets and micro-spray system control boxes as well as the sensitivity of leakage protection devices. They carry out "targeted" inspections of power supply lines, strictly preventing hidden dangers such as damaged insulation layers and oxidized joints to ensure absolute power safety in high-humidity environments.

State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Company uses an intelligent power consumption monitoring platform to deeply analyze the base's historical load data and future expansion plans. "The intelligent supplementary lighting group can optimize operation periods by combining weather conditions and natural light, make full use of off-peak electricity, and has considerable energy-saving potential," the staff member pointed to the data analysis on the monitoring terminal and said. By deepening the "power supply + energy efficiency" service, it realizes real-time monitoring of the base's energy consumption fluctuations through the smart energy service platform online, pushes abnormal warnings and optimization suggestions; offline, it regularly visits the base to interpret the latest electricity price policies for technical personnel, customizes peak shifting and valley filling schemes, and carries out safety operation training for electrical equipment.

In response to the seasonal capacity increase demand brought about by the intelligent upgrading of the moss industry, State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Company has opened a "Green Channel for Enterprises" for the base, optimizing processes and reducing time limits to ensure that new equipment can be "applied, connected, and powered up immediately." At the same time, relying on the special power protection service mechanism, it dynamically tracks the base's load growth trend, pre-judges power supply bottlenecks in advance, and provides predictive operation and maintenance services to ensure "sufficient power" at critical moments.
