Traditional warning signs prove lifesaving in Guangdong landslide

Early Sunday morning, Zhonghe village in western Guangdong province was struck by a landslide following a day of heavy rains from Typhoon Wutip. Thanks to timely evacuations, no casualties were reported among the village's 45 households and 57 residents. [Photo provided to chinadaily.com.cn]

Zhonghe village is located in Guizi Town, Maoming city of Guangdong province, an area affected by the extreme weather brought by typhoon recently.
