The journey was not without challenges. A Hasselblad camera was lost during its adventure to Bangladesh, but the chain of trust remained unbroken. Every photographer who received the camera treated it with a sense of mission, capturing synchronized scenes across different landscapes and times of day and night.

Among the stories are Tan Zhengyuan and Li Ruotong, a young Chinese couple who traveled to the Pacific island nations of Vanuatu and Samoa, located in the east and west of the International Date Line.

In Vanuatu, they visited a local family on Tanna Island, shooting a family portrait. The host, who had once traveled to China, prepared familiar meals to make them feel at home.

"Their smiles and sincerity touched us deeply," Tan said. "Despite limited resources and language barriers, they did everything they could to welcome us warmly."

In Samoa, the couple captured the grandeur of local churches and the vibrant rhythm of island life, adding layers of cultural diversity to the trip.

Their works along with those of other participants are now displayed both online and offline, inviting visitors to embark on a "world-roaming" journey through their lenses.
