Cuddly off duty, sharp on duty

Meet Burger, a 4‑year‑old Labrador and explosive-detection dog at the K-9 unit of Shanghai general station of immigration inspection. Off duty, he loves human cuddles. On duty, he can pinpoint trace odors on vehicles, parcels and cargo. The station has seven dogs trained for patrol, drug and explosive detection, and apprehension.
