Over 140 evacuated as forest fire rages in SW China's Sichuan

CHENGDU -- More than 140 people were evacuated after a forest fire broke out Monday afternoon in a village in Yajiang county, Southwest China's Sichuan province, local authorities said Tuesday.
Over 300 rescue personnel are trying to put out the fire, according to local firefighters.
An emergency response has been activated, while no casualties have been reported.
