China has 114.8 million Young Pioneers

China had 114.8 million Young Pioneers by the end of last year, according to the latest data released by the National Work Committee of the Chinese Young Pioneers on Saturday, which is also International Children's Day.
There are 276,000 grassroots Young Pioneer committees across the country, including 190,000 in primary and secondary schools, 83,000 in township- and village-level communities, and 3,000 in youth centers, the data shows.
