Driver apprehended after fatal accident in Shandong

Two people died, and six were seriously injured in a traffic accident that took place at 1:40 pm on Friday in the Decheng district of Dezhou, Shandong province, said the district public security bureau.
A man surnamed Wang, 46, drove a car into pedestrians near a residential area. The driver was apprehended on the spot.
The pedestrians included children, according to a CCTV report.
After the traffic, locals lined up to donate blood for the injured.
Local police are investigating the incident.
