Factory explosion kills 3 in Jiangsu

An explosion occurred at a metal production factory in Hai'an, Jiangsu province, on Sunday morning, resulting in three fatalities and two people missing, according to the emergency management bureau of Hai'an city.
The bureau said that the explosion took place in the casting well area of the aluminum rod production workshop at Asia-Pacific Light Alloy (Nantong) Technology Co at 2:11 am.
Search and rescue work are underway.
